Održivo korištenje energije, poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti i smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova sve su važniji prioriteti u području građevinskog sektora. U Republici Hrvatskoj, osim energetske obnove obiteljskih kuća i stambenih zgrada, prepoznata je velika potreba za energetskom obnovom javnih zgrada, a posebno javnih ustanova koje obavljaju djelatnost odgoja i obrazovanja.

Bolji uvjeti za sve u školi

Jedna od škola koja se u sklopu projekta ZagEE obnavlja je i Osnovna škola Ivana Mažuranića u zagrebačkoj Dubravi u čijoj obnovi sudjeluje i naša tvrtka na zamjeni stare i energetski neučinkovite drvene stolarije novom, kvalitetnom energetski učinkovitom PVC stolarijom.

Naša tvrtka prozore i vrata proizvodi sa najnovijim sustavom profila Njemačkog proizvođača Gealan - Kajfa S9000 koji zadovoljava sve standarde za ugradnju na niskoenergetske i pasivne objekte te smo kao takvi i prepoznati kao partneri na raznim programima energetske obnove, bilo višestambenih zgrada bilo obiteljskih kuća.



Osnovna škola Ivana Mažuranića izgrađena je 1948. godina i pripada energetskom razredu E te je već duže vrijeme postajala potreba za njenom obnovom koja će osigurati znatne uštede za energente, ali i dati puno bolje uvjete za nastavu za njezine mnogobrojne korisnike. Završetak obnove planiran je za kraj lipnja, te će tako djeca tog zagrebačkog kvarta od nove školske godine moći uživati u svojoj vizualno atraktivnijoj i energetski učinkovitoj školi, te smo ponosni što je i naša tvrtka dio ovom hvalevrijednog projekta.

Projekt ZagEE

Kroz projekt ZagEE – Zagreb energetski efikasan grad podržava se ostvarenje energetskih ušteda primjenom ekonomski opravdanih, energetski učinkovitih tehnologija i mjera na objektima u vlasništvu Grada Zagreba, različitih namjena:

• 3 zgrade gradske uprave;
• 15 zgrada osnovnih škola;
• 7 zgrada srednjih škola;
• 36 zgrada dječjih vrtića;
• 6 zgrada domova za starije i nemoćne;
• 3 zgrade domova zdravlja;
• 17 zgrada mjesne samouprave te
• modernizaciju 3000 rasvjetnih tijela javne rasvjete LED rasvjetnim tijelima s kontrolnim upravljačkim sustavom.
   

Projekt se provodi u okviru IEE Programa tehničke pomoći 2012. – Mobiliziranje lokalnih energetskih investicija te obuhvaća financiranje tehničke pomoći i izradu potrebne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu objekata, dodjelom bespovratnih sredstava. Osim glavnog investitora Grada Zagreba, projekt sufinancira i Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost s 40% ukupnog iznosa.

From 16th to 21st of January, our company has exhibited its products at the World's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systemsworld's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems, BAU 2017 in Munich.

Our booth at which we presented part of our interesting and innovative product range, with an emphasis on high-quality, energy-efficient windows and doors has attracted the attention of a large number of visitors from all over the world. Everyone was especially interested in our new front door with traditional Croatian motives, which in a unique and attractive way combine modern design with traditional values.
 

Visitors were also able to see the innovations in the profile system that our company in cooperation with partners from the German company Gealan offers its customers such as a STV (Statische-Trocken-Verglasung - static dry glazing technology), IKD foam technology, acrylcolor profiles, Gecco ventilation system etc.

Besides the numerous guests and visitors, the stands of nine Croatian companies that have exhibited for the first time under the auspices of the Croatian Chamber of Economy were visited by representatives of the CCE led by the President Mr. Luka Buriloviće and Consul General of the Republic of Croatia in the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Peter Uzorinac. Mr. Burilovic expressed satisfaction with the number of Croatian exhibitors, which was the largest participation ever of Croatian companies at the BAU trade fair, pointing out that this record number indicates that the things in construction and production of construction materials industry are moving slowly for the better, adding that the CCE will further improve and increase space at the fair, all with the aim of long-term affirmation of Croatian companies abroad.

This year, the BAU trade fair brought together record number of exhibitors - 2.120 from 45 countries, and was visited by over 250 000 visitors, of which a record 80,000 were from outside Germany. On about 185,000 square meters of exhibition space, different architectural solutions, materials and systems for commercial and residential interiors and performance, were presented, both for new construction and modernization or renovation.
 

The exhibitors' presentations were accompanied by special shows on the main themes of BAU 2017 (Intelligent Facades—Digital Planning, Building and Operation—Networked Buildings—Building and Living 2020), covering various aspects and points of view.

For our company BAU 2017 was successful, and we expect further expansion of our business in foreign markets, primarily in Germany and to other countries. The fair has given us a unique opportunity to present our company and what we at the international market, to establish many new business contacts, to exchange experiences with our colleagues and gave us insight into new technologies and innovations in our field of business.

Our company this year celebrates two decades of successful business operations during which we have evolved into a recognizable name in the market of PVC joinery, and besides in the Croatia, the quality of our products is recognized in the international markets.

Recently, we have been in Germany, in the lovely village of Bargau near Stuttgart. We've install PVC joinery with aluminium shell punto grigio color with the external and internal roller shutters with electric motors, external venetian blinds also with electric motors, different versions of insect screens (plisse, roller and plisse integrated rollo), there were also HST S9000 lift and slide doors that, besides a modern and attractive design with large glass areas, meet the highest standards of heat and sound insulation, the corner window etc.

There were a lot of work to do, but it's all worth it when you are satisfied with the end result, and more importantly, when the customer is satisfied.

From 11 till 13 of November 2016, at the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb, 9th Days of passive house in Croatia took place which were attended by numerous exhibitors and experts in the field of low energy and passive construction. Three day international conference was co-organized by the Faculty of Architecture University of Zagreb, Passive house consortium Croatia, cities, many institutions and associations, media sponsors, partners and exhibitors.

As part of the conference, our company had a presentation with a theme “Energy efficient windows and doors”. The presentation was held by the head of sales Antun Hrvoje Bulić who presented the activities of our company, standards in today's market of PVC joinery and also a part of our innovative and interesting product range, which, in cooperation with partners from the German company Gealan, we offer to our customers for some time.

At the beginning of the conference attendees were welcomed by, among others, prof. Ljubomir Miščević, head of the Passive house consortium Croatia, Minister of  Construction and Physical Planning Lovro Kuščević, Head of Department at Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection Fund. Ms. Irena Dubravec, head of the Zagreb City office for energy, environment protection and sustainable development Marijan Maras, president of the Association of Croatian Architects Ms. Sanja Cvjetko Jerković and Dean of the Faculty of Architecture Mr. Krunoslav Šmit.

This year's Days of passive houses in Croatia was characterized by rich three-day program which included a number of lectures, presentations, workshops, exhibitions and professional tours that presented new projects, new construction materials and systems, installation systems and equipment of high energy efficiency, energy efficiency through the examples of the most advanced models of architecture within the framework of legal rules and standards of the Republic of Croatia and the EU, investment models including incentives and financial support, etc.

Seventh in a row, Zagreb Energy Week took place from May 9 to May 14 under the important and powerful message „Development we don’t want to stop, but pollution we can!“. Various local and regional stakeholders took part in this event and highlighted once more the importance of energy efficiency and sustainable development.

Presentation at Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb on May 11 was held by director Tomislav Kajfeš and at the final day of Zagreb energy week at the Zagreb city tribina presentation was held by head of sales Antun Hrvoje Bulić.

Attendees were presented with the activities of our company and standards in today's market of PVC joinery. Those present were particularly interested in presentation of our product range, particularly innovative lift-sliding door system Kajfa HST S9000, and innovation in the profile system that our company in cooperation with partners from the German company Gealan offers its customers like STV (Statische-Trocken-Verglasung - static dry glazing technology), IKD foam technology, acrylcolor profiles, Gecco ventilation system etc.

Dealing with key issues of today's world and problems in the field of energy and environment protection, the Zagreb Energy Week contains in its rich program a number of international conferences, expert meetings, open door days, seminars, workshops, presentations and specialized classes in schools and kindergartens of the City of Zagreb.

Zagreb energy week was held under auspices of the City of Zagreb mayor, Mr Milan Bandić, and organized by the City of Zagreb City Office for Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development.

Representatives of our company attended the international trade fair for windows, doors, facades and supporting industries "FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2016", that was held from March 16 to 19. in the German city of Nuremberg.

"FENSTERBAU FRONTALE" is the biggest fair of windows and doors in Europe, and is held every two years. Last edition in 2014 gathered 1,319 exhibitors from 39 countries, and it was visited by 109,000 visitors.

Under the motto “Systematic innovation”, at the fair, our partners from company Gealan presented their various product range. Visitors were most interested at the new GEALAN-KUBUS all-glass profile system with minimal profile views inside and out for the largest possible glass area in windows and balcony doors.
